The Vegan Starter is a group coaching program designed to give you top of the line nutrition coaching and encouragement for physical movement for six weeks.
This is great for anyone looking to try a more plant based lifestyle whether it’s for animal rights, environmental concern or health reasons. You will be guided and supported the entire way! Even if you are already a vegan or vegetarian who would like to improve your nutrition or learn how to get closer to your health goals, this is perfect for you!
We are kicking off the program on October 3rd and will have weekly group coaching sessions on Zoom, a private Voxer group chat where you can ask questions at any time and feel a part of a community and of course you will also have direct contact via email with me!
The live coaching calls will take place on Monday’s (time TBD), but if you are unable to make it, the recordings will be posted on a private group FB page.
